What a wonderful facility and staff! My mother currently lives there, and I have been so impressed with everyone there. The building is clean, the food is good, the nurses are caring and attentive. It doesn’t matter what time I go, it is always the same. A very pleasant place. More importantly, the residents that live there are happy to be there. That says a lot. I feel grateful that she is in such a good place. I can sleep at night knowing that she’s safe and sound and well cared for. There aren’t enough words to express my appreciation for everything the staff, the entire staff, dofor my mom there At Bloom.

Bloom at German Church's staff have all been very caring staff and helpful to my parents. From the CNAs, Nurses, Aides, Housekeeping, Dining, Maintenance to Office/Management/Director there isn't a group that hasn't gone out of their way to be sure my parents. They ensure residents are treated well and thriving. There's also really good feel of community among residents. The residents look out for and care about each other. Bloom is family owned and is able to provide a level of care and concern for residents that you won't find at many Assisted Living facilities.

Anna has been very helpful assisting getting my grandma in the facility. They did a home visit/assessment when I couldn't get her out the house due to weather. They kept me informed when the room would be ready and honest on their general assessment. I appreciate them and I will leave another review once she is admitted. The walk thru was great and the nurses also chimed in. So grateful!

Based on mom’s and our family’s experience, we highly recommend Bloom at German Church. Over several months in 2022, my family and I conducted extensive research—calling, searching websites, and visiting multiple assisted living facilities in the east and northeast areas of Indianapolis—to identify the best option for my mother’s needs and comfort. Since November 2022, our family are still grateful that she resides at Bloom at German Church. Mom is now 96 years old and constantly expresses her satisfaction with Bloom, emphasizing the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, residents, and medical personnel including nurses and therapists. Bloom offers comprehensive services such as medical care including wellness checks, scheduled activities, daily meals, medication management, housekeeping, shopping transportation, a fitness area, and 24-hour security and support staff. This facility is highly underrated and is surrounded within a well-maintained peaceful community and beautiful landscape. There is also a sense of relief knowing that Bloom is a single-story building in case of an emergency evacuation. Our family particularly appreciates Anna Poteet, Community Relations Director, whose expertise and assistance were invaluable throughout the enrollment process. Ms. Poteet and Kim Lingle, Executive Director, demonstrate extensive knowledge of the assisted living program, take pride in helping residents, and are always highly responsive to all inquiries. John Williamson, Director of Maintenance, goes the extra mile to ensure maintenance requests are completed in a very timely manner. Our family is very appreciative knowing our mom is very happy with her living arrangement, is well cared for, and feels loved by residents and staff members.

Bloom at German Church is a PHENOMENAL place to call home!!!! My dad recently became a resident and from our first encounter during the initial meeting and assessment, my father was welcomed into the Bloom family and has more than thrived since being there. The staff are dedicated to providing the best care possible and it’s obvious they all enjoy what they do. The overall facility is gorgeous, exceptionally clean and feels like home. The apartments are welcoming and provide an ideal setup for our senior loved ones. The residents all appear to enjoy living there as well as participating in the plethora of activities that are made available. There isn’t enough room to convey how impressed and above all grateful we are for Bloom at German Church. My family’s only regret is my father didn’t move there sooner.
