My sister lived there for a few months. The staff is friendly. The inside is very pretty and the outside too. The food is terrible I can’t image that management hasn’t organized recipes for the cooks. It is really, really bad. Several of the residents said they have complained but nothing has been done. I am serious it is terrible. Cleaning services need to be improved. I had to clean the room many times. The urine smell down the hallway was inexcusable. I had to plug my noise when Walking down the hall. Dog feces outside are not being picked up and there are several senior pet owners that need help doing this. I thank the staff they are very nice but management needs to get better.

Sheryl at the front desk is so rude! I definitely wouldnt trust my family to be here if thats how staff treats someone for no reason.
