Closed our accounts with them...so frustrating to deal with. They flagged us for adding a auto-pay bill for fraud and proceeded to tell us we "broke contract". Then tried telling us our local bank we had been with for 8 years didn't exist... followed by continuously hanging up on us when we were trying to fix accounts. Highly do not recommend. Worst customer service I have encountered to date.

Horrible staffing super unprofessional to the residents and especially their employees wouldn’t want to work and most definitely wouldn’t want to be a resident!
