Both the London and the Marysville location are terrible facilities. Super expensive and the aides are not trained properly. For the price you pay this place should have highly experienced staff. The owner only cares about what goes in his pockets. He is a good actor and if he fools you like he did me then all you can do now is tell the next person you know not to make the same mistake as you did by putting their precious mom and dad in here to be left with poor care. I could have paid a professional in home caregiver for cheaper than this place and the care would have been better. A lot of complaints at the London location as well. Both facilities need better caregivers and professional staff. And definitely more training. Be careful people and keep a close eye on what’s happening behind the scenes.

My parents moved in early February. I was impressed with the amenities such as the movie theater, pub and ice cream shop. The administration kept us updated and were quick to respond to questions.
