BOLSTER HEIGHTS RESIDENTIAL CARE

I went to visit a resident recently, staff were prompt & attentive. The front office staff Cailin greeted me upon arrival with a friendly smile and showed me where to go. I was also greeted by Cassi who was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Bolster Heights.

Compassionate care, family atmosphere, CLEAN facility

Bossier heights is absolutely horrible I live there for 5 months do not go to bolster heights it is extremely dirty they don't change their people's diapers it's the worst 5 months of my entire life please do not go there even the people that run the show over there you not do not care about the patients when I say it's dirty it's very very dirty. I'm telling you it's old it hasn't been redone is very very old, and again the people running it over there don't care about any of the patients

Provides excellent care and family like atmosphere. Great activities department for residents to enjoy.

had a delivery there and all i smelled was human pee. and no one was at the desk to assist anyone. i visited this location at 10am. i see this is a senior living place. i wouldn't recommend this place to send a senior.
