Bonaventure is great for assisted living, on the other hand, Memory care is always short handed and they get paid low wages. The young kids that work there are amazing, kind and helpful, but worked so hard, the turnover is incredibly concerning. Management never checks to see if rooms are clean or if things are going right. If I bring up concerns about the care he is getting, I keep getting empty "we are working on that", yet no answers, just them trying to graze over my concerns, and no one in management seems to care about the lack of care that is going on. I am looking for a place currently where my friend gets the care he is paying for. I can say that 12,000 dollars a month is not what my friend is paying for, they have lost his hearing age charger, I have been told for over 2 weeks they are looking for it, but no answers still. On top of being wheel chair bound, he can't hear, I can't imagine how awful it is to not to be able to hear. I am sick to my stomach over what he pays for and what he doesn't get. Please read as many reviews as you can about Bonaventure. They are nice when they take your money, but mention issues and then they are so nice. Kelly C

These guys work hard at keeping everyone entertained, fed, and keeping the place nice. The people seem happy here. Lots of people to make friends with.

Esmeri, tod, and Sam in the memory care unit were amazing to work with. They were so attentive towards residents, respectful, and very kind and welcoming. Awesome team!
