Shay Larsen, Sales Manager at Bonaventure of the Tri-Cities, is the senior staff member who has impressed me the most from my first meeting/tour with her and going forward. Her calming demeanor and honed listening skills put you at ease from the first discussion. She is extremely well-versed about what Bonaventure of the Tri-Cities community has to offer residents, whether they are Independent or in Assisted Living. If you ask a question that Shay does not have the answer to immediately, you can be assured that she will get back to you with the answer. And once you or your loved one becomes a resident, Shay continues to interact with the residents to help them acclimate to their new home.

My dad dining experence is always amazing! He enjoys the homwetown cooking as well as the servers, chefs, company, community. Great selection of specials to chose from, as well as anything else you may be in the mood to eat. (Breackfast for dinner is his favorite) The staff is incredible and so welcoming at all times. My dad was having meals delivered to his room due to a back injury, the day he started back at the dining room, he had staff (front desk, severs, chefs) come and welcome him back and let him know how much he had been missed. My dad really feels at home at Bonaventure.

Overall we are happy with the care of our loved one and the upkeep of facility, cleanliness a 10 ! Activities a 10 ! Apartments are nice. I would replace the closet doors and blinds in the unit as the doors keep going off track. Cant open blinds for a elderly person they are too heavy otherwise the unit is perfect . Management and staff are helpful and friendly. Any time we need something changed with care it gets done quickly and efficiently.
