It is a clean place. The service is kind and helpful.

I cannot recommend this facility due to a consistent lack of cleanliness and professional conduct. My experience here was deeply concerning for the following reasons: • Sanitation Issues: The facility is very unhygienic. I personally witnessed dirty plates and utensils in the kitchen; when I requested a plate for food I had brought in, it was filthy. Furthermore, the floors and bathrooms appeared as though they were never cleaned during our stay. • Communication Barriers: There is a significant language barrier, particularly with the night staff. When I politely asked if anyone spoke English to help coordinate care, the staff became visibly offended rather than being helpful. • Staff Conduct: Beyond the language barrier, the staff were generally rude and unprofessional, making an already difficult situation much more tense. I would strongly advise other families to look elsewhere if they expect a sanitary environment and respectful communication for their loved ones.
