BONNIES ADULT FAMILY HOME

The care here was horrible. The room was dirty and filthy. Family member was roughly handled. She had bruises all over her along with a bed sores. She fell out of bed and was provided fall mats half hazardly after the fact. Nor was the bed lowered to lessen the impact if she fell again. Rust radiator, sprinkler head inside a cabinet, floors had not been cleaned in a while. Nurses YELLING at patients when they could use a little more care and empathy.
