Brandon Oaks Intensive Assisted Living

My daughter came to Brandon Oak Rehab after a complex surgery and chemotherapy. The staff have been absolutely awesome and the care has been top notch. The facility is bright and cheerful. Her room is quite comfortable. I am so glad that she has been able to recover there. PT with Tammy and OT with Kim have been incredible for her recovery. Thank you to all the staff!

Absolutely horrible living conditions and services for residents. Over the last ten years, our family has watched as Brandon Oaks let the buildings deteriorate so bad that they have had to tear the place apart to fix it. Now, it is really difficult for residents to get around any part of the facility, food is prepared and served in unsanitary conditions, and staff just sit around watching TV while residents stumble their way through the chaos. Because of the construction, dust and filth are everywhere. It’s horrid living conditions for anyone and everyone living there at Brandon Oaks. Staff providing patient care routinely sit on their phones at the end of corridors or at the nurses stations. If staff does come by a resident’s room, they often report the resident as non-compliant rather than actually help residents. Further, the health care team is using the chaos and obstacles in the buildings to move older residents of assisted living into the far worse long term care facilities across the street.

Brandon Oaks has amazing staff and management! They take excellent care of their residents! They are attentively active and cared for! Staff are happy and it shows in the care they provide!

My mom was admitted to Brandon Oaks after a fall sustaining a hip fracture. She received exceptional care from staff and of course mom had her favorites! Mom would say "the staff made me feel like family and they took excellent care of me." Food was great rooms were clean and all the staff was outstanding. Thank you Brandon Oaks for the compassion and care you showed my mom.

The Life Plan is the reason I have chosen to live at Brandon Oaks Independent Living. I look forward to the wonderful accommodations and amenities. But, the security and independence of knowing for certain that such professional health care needs will be made available are of utmost importance to my family and to me. I do have experience with a loved one at the NRC. And, from Admissions to Activities to Daily care and Accommodations, there truly is a sense of family. Someone is always there to listen and to help answer questions respectively and thoroughly. I recommend a telephone call and a tour to learn about all of Brandon Oaks well-planned Community and resources. My rating, without hesitation, is five stars.
