BRANDYWINE LIVING AT HADDONFIELD (NJ04A022)

My brother moved into Brandywine Living at Haddonfield in October of 2022. In the seven months since he has lived there (Reflections - Memory Care), I have visited regularly giving me the opportunity to observe the interaction between the staff and the residents. I am particularly taken by the positive, caring attitude with which they interact with residents. The staff appear to want to be working there. So this positive attitude comes through. Given the challenging issues surrounding alzheimers/ dementia, treating the residents with this high level of dignity and personal concern is very impressive. There are regular activities provided for the residents that meet each person where they are at. Residents are gathered together as if family for such activities to (from my perspective) instill a sense of community and ward off any feelings of isolation. Whenever I mix with the residents, my brother’s new friends, I am struck by their appearance…well dressed and obviously well attended to. There is much more I could say but let me close by complementing management of Brandywine Living at Haddonfield. The foregoing observations don’t happen on the consistent basis I have seen them without careful oversight and direction. So kudos to management and staff for their important work. Well done!

Brandywine in Haddonfield is top-notch. From the beautiful facility to the excellent staff, they are the whole package. The best testament though, to their 5 star rating, is the feedback I get from my family member, who is a resident. She is happy, active and well cared for. A special shout-out to Kim and the rest of the staff...they are truly the "heart" of Brandywine Haddonfield.

My mother has been at Brandywine Haddonfield for over 3 months now, and our family is so pleased by the seamless transition for her. The whole staff has been so supportive in making her feel welcome and at home. Even in the middle of this unprecedented time with Covid 19, the staff has been so conscientious, and very aware of the vulnerability of the residents. We have all observed the extra attention and effort, with all their safety protocols in place. They are working diligently to keep everyone safe. Our family is very grateful for such excellent care. Brandywine Haddonfield is truly a family affair!

As a caregiver myself, it is so reassuring to know that my Mom has the most compassionate and skilled care our family has experienced in an assisting living community. The staff always greets me with smiling faces and helpful support. When I visit, I feel like my Mom and I am treated like extended family. I believe that Brandywine Haddonfield provides the best memory care available. Thank you Brandywine!

Brandywine Living at Haddonfield is a beautiful calm oasis unlike the 2 prior facilities where my mother resided in memory care. Kim, Jacqueline, Marilyn and all of the other staff provide ongoing compassionate care and love to all the residents. I'm impressed by the quality and maintenance of the facility along with the great food and ongoing programming. Always a pleasure to visit!
