The saff is amazing at all levels! The aids, nurses, physical therapy, DON, and executive team members have been phenomenal with our Aunt. She has been here for a few years and everyone is so caring and compassionate. I HIGHLY recommend this facility!

I went in on a self guided tour (I'll talk about this below) my first impression when I walked in was that it did smell clean. I was greeted by several smiling residents. They seemed to be in good spirits. Speaking with staff and a few residents I got plenty of information on their quality of life there which was very nice. The staff were kind of split 50/50 on how they liked working there. I heard a lot of good things about their food. The one big sale for this place is that they are independent, assisted and Memory Care all in one. So if I decide to move my mom here and she really likes it and they take good care of her it's pretty much a One-Stop shop. (if you can do a self guided tour I recommend it, I don't like to let any marketing people know I'm looking because they just give you the "sell", I prefer speaking to staff and residents without their bosses around if it's someplace you seem to like then definitely schedule a a tour with their people) good luck

Christina is amazing! She is very responsive when it comes to answering any questions in regards to getting your loved ones an apartment. The building is beautiful and the staff is WONDERFUL. can’t wait for my family member to transition to Brentwood ❤️

My mom has been a resident on the memory care unit since Feb. The nurses and Staff have been terrific. Her overall health is so much better. Thank you Blue, Kat, and Amy to name a few. Great job!

My bestfriend is Ali, she is the Memory Care Director. She invites me and my 2 children to most of the events and we absolutely love coming to them. The staff is amazing and so great with my kids. The residents love to see my 2 little girls and I feel like it brightens their time, while we are there. I have never had a bad experience there. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Everything is clean and well-taken care of. The events are always so much fun ((for all ages)) and my children usually fall asleep as soon as we leave the parking lot, because of all the excitement. If I had an elderly family member that needed special care, Brentwood would be my first choice.
