BRENWOOD PARK ASSISTED LIVING

From the first time I visited Brenwood I felt welcomed into the community. The exchanges I saw between staff and residents were heart warming. One resident shared with me that Sheila is very caring. The facility is clean, warm and inviting.

Stephanie is beyond amazing! I have been looking at memory care units for my Father. She took time to thoroughly explain everything to me and answered all of my questions!! I would highly recommend it!!Wonderful place!

When we moved my mom into Brenwood 2 years ago we were happy with her accommodations. The last 9 months before moving her out things declined drastically. Food was burned much of the time, which is hard for elderly to eat. Very short staffed for the amount of residents. Call lights always going off for long periods of time. Many times nighttime insulin would not of been given if my mom wasn’t aware that she needed it. Medications were also not given at timely intervals. I also witness staff being unprofessional, yelling and swearing at each other a couple of times. I unfortunately would advise looking elsewhere for your loved one’s care.

The staff are very professional, responsive, kind, and compassionate. The residents appear to be well cared for and happy. Every time I have visited, there is has been an activity, and the residents were very engaged. I have recommended friends and family to consider Brenwood for their loved one.

My Mother received kind compassionate care and loved the entire staff. She loved the meals, and the kind caregivers, who made her feel special. When I raised an issue, (of which there were very few) they were resolved in a timely manner. I myself got to know the staff and really appreciated each and every one of them! We felt blessed that she was able to live there.
