Briar Hill Rest Home Personal Care Home

Well my Mom’s dentures and hearing aids have been taken from her room. Some of the aids are decent, I’ve had so many frustrating visits w my mom there because of all their rules during this covid 19 and my Mom has gone down so bad there.

Under the administration of William Bullock Briar Hill is getting back to being on top. I have seen it with my own eyes. As long family frequently stays in contact and let's the Social worker know. And Also notifies the nursing staff then they are more then happy to see to the problem and notifies you back .I certainly would love to see staff that is there never leave. Thanks to Jenny,Jessica, Sarah, Tammy, Miranda, Rhonda, Tiffany. Thanks to each of you!

Briar Hill nursing home has been so attentive to the patients. They help when friends & family come to visit. We all have questions about our family members. The staff does a phenomenal job.Sweet people to take care of our family member. Patients I see look happy. I know it’s hard to be there, for my Mother-in-law.. Staff has really helped my Mother-in-law settle in. Everyone takes care of her, wash her clothes, give her meds & checks on her. She is safe & cared for. We are so thankful to the staff at Briar Hill Nursing Home. ***** A year later we have a family member in Briar Hill. They are doing a great job. We are so thankful & grateful for the employees. Scott, Sharon, Rhonda, Kim, Tiffany & many more...Help make this a good place.

This place is not a good home!...they kicked my 83 year old neighbors wife out for vulgarity...and instead of bringing her home and making sure she was safely inside her home the lady drops her off at her front door with a walker and left...within 1 min of the van driver leaving...his wife fell over backwards onto the floor and her husband had to call the fire department for help to get her up...I wouldn't trust anyone affiliated with that place!...I will be helping him file legal action against them and hope this is the lastime a elderly person has to suffer any type of injury while in this nursing home!
