I never leave Google reviews but this one I had to leave to warn people about this place. If leaving negative stars was an option I would do that! I was here visiting a family member recently and this place is horrible! The staff is rude, we pushed the call button for someone to come change my grandmother. Waited 20 minutes nobody came. Finally my husband went to the desk and the man said someone would get to it when they could. Another 15 minutes go by still nobody. This time I go complain. Finally they send in this very rude aide and she was the worst! She was moving my grandmother around roughly like she was a small child right in front of us. I had a few choice words to say to her. She left her in the bathroom for about 20 minutes. Again I had to go to the desk to see when she planned on coming back. After about 10 more minutes she comes back I ask her if that was normal practice to leave elderly patients that can barely move and are a fall risk on the toilet by themselves. To that I got the response I don’t have time to sit with her! Are you kidding me!!! That’s just the most recent incident. There are several more. They don’t get the food the choose to eat. They get what ever the staff decides to give them. My family members have been to visit several times and she’s just been left sitting alone in her wheelchair in soaked adult briefs! She has also had a couple of questionable marks on her a few times that the staff couldn’t provide an explanation for. She has memory issues and couldn’t tell us what happened but she does keep saying the staff is rough with her. As much as she pays a month I expect them to at least do their damn job! I have been told by the few good staff members they have that this place doesn’t care about the residents at all it’s all about the money. That’s probably the most honest thing I have heard from this place! Needless to say we are moving her out of this hell hole immediately! Please think twice about putting any of your loved ones here for their own safety. I hope this helps someone considering this place to make a better decision.

The Plaza is a magnificent destination for seniors who demand only the highest standards in senior living - an award winning kitchen with sumptuous options, buildings safely and securely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of mainstream life, and a community of residents with open arms and hearts to new residents, while still respecting resident's personal needs and privacy. Whether you seek a cozy and private but fully independent style of living, or a comfortable, serene apartment where you receive a bit of help around the edges, the Plaza offers both, and in conjunction with the adjacent Life Care Center. Residents can easily enjoy life here, in its many stages, without needing to leave good friends behind or transfer to a foreign new environment. I cannot more highly recommend the Westside Garden Plaza, where seniors call "home".

I can't say much about the housing treatment but I can say this place is absolutely beautiful. You can't help but feel at peace when you're there because both the interior and exterior have such a relaxing air. I went there for a meeting and everyone was so nice and warming.
