Making the decision to move my dad into memory care was one of the hardest choices our family has ever faced. My dad spent the final 15 months of his life there, surrounded by compassion, patience, and genuine love. The staff at Bridge Haven treated him like family, not just a resident. Their kindness and dedication gave us peace of mind and allowed us to focus on loving him, knowing he was safe and cared for every day. Bridge Haven Assisted Living Community is truly an amazing place. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure every resident feels safe, cared for, and valued. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and kindness in the atmosphere — it feels more like a home than a facility. The caregivers and nurses are compassionate, patient, and always attentive to each resident’s needs. They treat everyone with genuine respect and kindness, and it really shows. The rooms and common areas are always clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing a hard decision with helping a neighbor take their loved one to a nursing home. When I say pleasure, it was the welcome, love and joy my neighbor received when taking her husband to Bridge Haven. The STAFF was tremendous and had open arms when she and I were visiting her husband and dropping off some furniture for him. The smiles and warm words of confidence she was given really helped her with her process. I was very impressed with the staff, cause I kept a close eye since I also work in healthcare. The way the staff spoke with my neighbor was very endearing and she really needed to hear the confidence they had in her decision. 5 stars from me on this facility! I would say definitely keep this place in mind if you ever have the hard choice of placing a loved in a nursing home type setting! Food was amazing too by the way!! 😄

My dad stayed at BridgeHaven for almost a year, and we found their care and service to be incredibly helpful. Caring for a loved one with dementia is extremely challenging. While no facility can replace the care someone receives at home, that level of care is very difficult for a spouse or family member to sustain long term. The team-based approach at BridgeHaven truly makes a positive difference for everyone involved. When my dad first arrived, we weren’t sure how he would adjust. We were amazed to see how much he improved with the constant interaction and support. He became more engaged and even started talking again. After visiting several centers for my dad in town, we were looking for a homely and welcoming environment, and Bridge Haven truly stands out. The atmosphere feels warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. The staff are respectful, kind, and genuinely caring. There is a good number of elderly participants who attend regularly, and they are kept active and engaged throughout the day. They receive a nutritious hot lunch and are well cared for and monitored during their time at the center. There is always a smiling face to greet you, which makes a big difference. The facility is clean, well maintained, and feels safe and comfortable. Overall, Bridge Haven is a wonderful place where seniors are treated with dignity, warmth, and compassion especially during a time in life when they need special attention and care.
