Overall nurses and aides were good, food with this particular cook was very good. BUT one male nurse decides he will take opioid distribution into his own determination of patient (age 75, rehabbing after gallbladder removal, with systemic inflammation ... worse with excess stress as in after invasive surgery) need and defies my doctor's orders. I reported this to the director of nursing. Next night, same thing. STATE REPORTABLE. Aides said they have trouble with him. Why is this allowed to happen? If a patient with good cognition and good reference from her own physician has this occur, can you imagine how this nurse treats Morrow"s chronic pain patients who CANT OR ARE AFRAID TO attempt to communicate wrongs to their nursing head? I am sorry for helpless pain patients placed here. No wonder the reputation has declined.

Horrible would never send family there. Not all but most staff are rude and disrespectful to residents behind closed doors. The big lady’s in charge treat staff like crap. And the food sucks it smells and is completely unappetizing. The price is insane for such a lower quality way of living highly recommend just going straight to rolling hills the best nursing home around 10/10 recommend! In conclusion would never recommend sending a loved one here place should have closed many many years ago.
