My step-mom was in Bridgecreek in Dec of 2022. We rescued her on 12/30/22 after less than a month in their care. We came to visit, after not being able to contact her via her cell phone (which she could easily use to call/receive calls) for several days and staff not accomdating a call from us. When we arrived on 12/30/22, my step-mom was in a wheelchair, in an open area- wearing an adult diaper and a shirt, no socks. She was disoriented, cold and had several plates of uneaten, cold food in her room. Her cell phone was locked in the office. Her dentures were missing, most of her clothes were gone. When she arrived at Bridgecreek, she could walk with a walker, eat on her own, use a cell phone and still do basic arts/crafts and such. The neglect she suffered was traumatic to my step-mom, me and my family. We had the facility call an ambulance. The medics found bruises from falls and a laceration on her arm that was infected. Once at the hospital she was diagnosed with dehydration, a UTI and weakness on one side of her body. She spent 3 or 4 days in the hospital and then was placed in an amazing facility in McMinville. When I went to retrieve her belongings at Bridge creek, I was handed a garbage bag full of clothes (mostly not hers) a few sets of dentures (none were my step-moms) and other personal items that weren't hers. We filed an abuse report, it was substantiated. There are several reports from around the time she was there, and some as recent as last summer. My stepmom died less than a month after we rescued her, she had a stroke. I am sad she had to suffer, alone, at Bridgecreek but am glad her last few weeks were spent in a place that respected her dignity, personhood and worth. Please do your research before placing a loved one.

My mom has been a resident of Bridgecreek Memory Care for almost a year now. I would say the staff there is top-notch. They recently added more staff and that has been great. Mom likes the food and has no complaints as to her care and neither do I. Med techs are on the ball with medications and medical care is readily available that does not require me to be present or provide transportation. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the rooms are designed for two residents with no private quarters. With COVID, Mom has not had to have a roommate for most of the time except for a few weeks. That did not go well. I feel a facility such as this with all of the people with various types and stages of dementia or other mental issues, residents really need a place that they can go to be alone and get away from it. This situation is not the fault of the staff on site. I have no complaints about them.

My moms been at Bridgecreek for about 2 years. I love the staff. The staff are helpful and welcoming. Bridge creek is clean and very nice. Looks and feels like home. It has a nice positive feeling. Staff care about there residents, and treats them with kindness. Staff takes care of each individuals needs. I love that they celebrate the holidays and each residence recieves a gift treat, prise. My mom has made friends with the help of staff building relationships. First time there with mom was so stressful, and staff was so compassionet and helpful. I don't know what I would have done without Bridge creek!!!

I have found the staff and caregivers at Bridgecreek Memory Care in Lebanon, Oregon to be very kind and sensative. They all seem to know my mother's name and regularly speak her name and sometimes stop in passing just to visit, entertain, and comfort her. Where I have felt any attention was needed they have been responsive. They keep me informed of occurences or situations, and also offer recommendations or suggestions they see needed or helpful. The dreadful disease of Alzheimers presents care and safety needs that are unique and mostly out of the capabilities of family. I appreciate the care my mother receives.

My mother has been living at Bridgecreek for over a year. She has had excellent care! Staff members are always pleasant and very compassionate. Holidays and birthdays are fun and family oriented and the staff goes above and beyond to make them that way! Management has been exceptional to work with and, as shown by a happy staff, to work for. Cleanliness at Bridgecreek is above reproach at all times. I could not be happier with my mother's care at Bridgecreek! I give it a 5 star rating! Thank You Bridgecreek!
