Bridgepointe Health Campus

My mom was there till her passing some of the staff was good but some not so good but you get that where ever you good what im saying do research im still in my anger part of grieving but im not going to put anyone down i believe maybe better education with cnas and better cna,nurse staffing to residents but in all the ones who took really good care of her thank you the ones who didn't mybe find a new job profession because nursing because you need compassion not in it for a paycheck

I would like to 5 star review Bridgepointe’s Assisted Living program under the direction of Billie. Billie and the AL program has made it possible for me to know that my mother is in great care, while I work, live, and take care of my other family. Billie has gone above and beyond in her efforts to help my mom and the other residents. She has come in special on her days off to make sure things get taken care of regarding medication distribution and care of patients. She cares very much about the residents and their families, and it really shows in how she speaks and cares for her patients and their families. The consistency and knowledge of the patients that is provided by Billie and her staff is incredibly important to the families who leave our loved ones in their care. Billie and the other staff keep me updated daily on the health and ongoings of my mother. They are always positive and caring. I have come to feel like they are my extended family taking care of my mom. I would not be able to do it without Billie and her staff. Thanks a million for their hard work and efforts!

We were looking for placement for an individual that lost his caregiver suddenly and we became his POA’s. Bridgeport was our first choice for an Assisted Living because of the 24 hour nursing care. He absolutely loves Bridgepointe! There are a wide variety of activities on and off campus for the residents. We are so pleased and relieved that he is happy and has amazing care!!

My mom has been living there for over 3 years. She has been on the Rehab wing, skilled care wing, and mostly Assisted Living. She has always received great care. The food is excellent and the activities are plentiful and enjoyable. The staff, all of the staff, is caring, professional, and most importantly….KIND!

Bridgepointe is an amazing facility. We have had several family members there as residents and in rehab. It has always been a great experience. The staff is so personable and truly care for the residents. The activities available are top notch, and keep the residents engaged. They keep families informed and address any concerns promptly.
