Bridgeport Place

Our family has had a wonderful experience with Bridgeport Place Assisted Living. The staff truly care about the residents, and it shows every day. Leslie Thompson goes above and beyond and does an incredible job running the community. She is attentive, professional, hardworking and genuinely cares about the people who live there. The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming. One thing that really stood out to us is their effort to learn some Russian so they can better communicate with my mother. That level of thoughtfulness means a lot. The drivers and exercise assistants and restaurant staff and medical personnel are also so fantastic! They give residents great attention and encouragement. Overall, the entire team does an amazing job taking care of the residents. It gives our family peace of mind knowing my mother is in such a caring and supportive environment. Everytine I visit my mother she was happy and sniling conversating with her Medication Nurse who always made sure moms vitals were taken before her medicines .I loved the fact That she always made sure all was good and not just pill her up , professional, empathy ,caring is not just me but all families who bring our parents to Bridgeport place . . My father-in-law spent his final six months at Bridgeport Place. I have nothing but praise for how they handled his day to day care and needs. All the caregivers he had were compassionate and very professional. We always touched base with them during our visits, and always left feeling he was in good hands. It made his final months better than we could have hoped.
