I think this place is the best place I have ever been in. It is cleaner, quieter, and nicer than anywhere I've lived. Some residents may not be as nice but I think that's because they have their own problems. Their food is better and the service is better than when I was at Amarsi. They make us good food and always make sure I get my meds on time. I'm so glad I got out of my other assisted living and I want my friends to move her too.

(Zero stars if possible.) My mother was mistreated, neglected, and verbally abused during her brief stay at this facility. I removed her within 72 hours because the conditions were horrifying. From the moment she arrived, she was left alone in her room with little to no care unless I personally provided it. Staff were rude and dismissive when I raised concerns, and call lights often went unanswered or staff never returned after saying they would. My mother, who is bedbound, reported that a caregiver unplugged her oxygen. Staff attempted to blame her, which was both insulting and impossible given her condition. The facility was also infested with roaches, and the after-hours phone number posted outside went unanswered, with staff offering excuses instead of help. This place failed to provide basic care, safety, and dignity. I strongly urge families to look elsewhere.

As a professional (therapist and master level social worker), I must say that since Silver Birch took over Bridgewater last year, the changes are absolutely remarkable! In that short time, the community has had a perfect state survey, and has changed the entire culture of the building as they treat the private pay residents and the state-assisted residents equally and with dignity. The team is phenomenal!

I recently moved here at Silver Birch at Midtown. I can't tell you how nice this is. I have my own apartment that gives me a sense of comfort and ease. The staff has been very helpful and supportive, helping me get situated and showing me around. I feel nice and comfortable here. Assisted living? Silver Birch Midtown is my choice, it should be yours too.

The staff here has been wonderful. The Executive Director and the nurse were both extremely helpful and caring, and the entire facility has exceeded our expectations. We’re very grateful for the kindness and support shown to my grandma and our family.
