BRIGHTON GARDENS OF MIDDLETOWN (NJ55A001)

We recently moved my mom into Brighton Gardens. The entire experience from moving in to getting her acclimated was extremely easy. The staff at Brighton Gardens is first rate. They have a great community here. My mom has fit right in and we feel great about where she is. From the activities to the food, she is loving everything. I highly recommend Brighton Gardens if there is a need for a place for elderly parents

My experience with Brighton Gardens of Middletown has been fantastic. The facility is always clean and decorated beautifully. All of the staff, from the nurses to maintenance to the front desk have been very helpful and welcoming. Every time I enter the building it has a warm family feeling. We chose Brighton Gardens for Mom after a tour with Eileen Oliverie. Eileen spent a lot of time with us and patiently took us throughout the facility while answering all of our questions along the way. Eileen showed us compassion and put our minds at ease with this transition for Mom. Eileen has continued to support us with all of our needs from helping with paperwork, Dr. calls, the move in day and moms initial adjustment period. Eileen frequently checks in on how Mom is adjusting and always responds quickly to point us in the right direction. Eileen has made this transition for our family so much easier and it has been an absolute pleasure meeting her. Thank you to Joan and Lila for always greeting us in a warm welcoming manner! Lastly, Mike made our move in day so much easier! I had furniture delivered and Mike took the time to unbox it and put it all together for us! We greatly appreciated the gesture and the apartment looked fantastic for Mom's arrival. Mike is always friendly and eager to help with any needs. My Dad came to Brighton in Middletown for a short stay. The staff was so kind and accommodating and made him feel so welcomed. I am thankful to Eileen , Janine and Krystal for making his stay a pleasurable experience and working with our family to provide the best care for my dad - Thank you to all!

My mom is a new resident at Brighton Gardens, and the transition has been very positive, for the both of us. Brighton Gardens is bright, clean and cheerful, but most especially, it is warm and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they are always engaged and attentive to the residents. My mom constantly tells me how kind and friendly everyone is to her, and she feels very welcomed. Joan and sweet Lilah at the front desk were the first friendly faces we met, and Joan continues to be a daily source of cheerfulness and assistance. Denise and Eileen welcomed us on our initial visit and tour, and Eileen has continued to help us through our decision-making process and move-in process. She is always checking-in during this transition, making sure my mom is doing well and getting comfortably settled-in. We appreciate Eileen’s support, enthusiasm and encouragement, which has continued since our first visit and tour. We are also appreciative to the initial staff members we have met and interacted with during these first couple of weeks, all of whom have helped welcome my mom into the Brighton Gardens community…my mom’s case manager Randilynn who is always there for uplifting support, Krystal, Felicia, nurse Janine, and Phil. They have all helped make my mom’s transition easy and, most importantly, happy. Thank you to Denise and her wonderful staff.

I have been at Brighton Gardens as a resident for 6 years. I enjoy that everyone does their best to keep us happy. I enjoy playing poker and bingo with the residents as well as daily exercise and the games. We go on many trips and outings and my favorites are shopping and going to the theatre as well as the casino and the track. Joanie at the front desk will help you with anything you need. The caregivers do a great job and Danni with activities keeps us involved and goes out of her way to provide fun activities to keep us active. The menu has a lot of options to appeal to a wide group of us with different tastes. Worship services are available and overall I am very happy here.
