They took great care of my mother. They kept her feed, clean, washed, etc. I did not have worries about her while she was there. I must say though that she fell 10-15 times while there and I was required to hire a private pay home health aide while she was in BGSR.

We recently toured Brighton Gardens of Saddle River with a family member. I was impressed from the initial phone call where we discussed her needs and were kindly invited for a tour. That first interaction set the tone and our positive impression only deepened as we experienced the warmth and attentiveness of the staff throughout the visit. We had the pleasure of meeting with Victoria, the Executive Director, whose ability to connect with my cousin was remarkable. She recognized the unique challenges ahead (my cousin is younger than the typical assisted living resident) and she addressed those potential challenges with both compassion and confidence in her community’s ability to meet her needs. Seeing our cousin feel so welcomed and at ease meant the world to us. The thoughtful, attentive approach continued throughout the tour, reinforcing our sense that this is a community that truly listens and cares. As we toured the community, I noticed how staff interacted with the residents and each other. What stood out was the genuine happiness and camaraderie among the team. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, not just to my cousin, but to our whole family. That kind of warmth can’t be faked, and it made a lasting impression. One especially heartwarming detail is they welcome pets, making it feel even more like home. We’re genuinely looking forward to our cousin having a caring, supportive place to call home!

I can't say enough about Brighton Gardens of Saddle River!! I had to find a home for my father quickly and I toured many places. They all were pretty and well kept, but the minute I walked into Brighton Gardens I knew we had found the place for my dad. The staff are what sets this place apart from all the others. They know every resident by name and take such amazing care of them. But they also take care of us, the families of the residents. I constantly hear, "Don't worry, we will take care of it, you have enough to worry about." My father is in memory care and I feel like I have gained more family members with the staff of Brighton Gardens. My dad is happy and cared for and that is the biggest gift they have given me. I am so happy we found the best home for my dad.

We recently moved a family member into the Memory Care wing at Brighton Gardens Saddle River and could not be happier with the care she has received. The staff have been so welcoming and attentive not only to her but to us family members as well. We are constantly updated about her progress and needs and feel confident that she is living in a safe, caring community. Thank you all for looking after her and for keeping us so well informed. We highly recommend Brighton Gardens to anyone in need of topnotch care.
