I recently toured The Terraces of Tuckerman Lane and was thoroughly impressed. This is a community that has clearly invested in making their residents feel at home. The unit I visited featured high ceilings that made the space feel spacious and bright, and the new renovations throughout the building are beautiful, clean, and modern. The sales team did a fantastic job walking me through the amenities, answering all of my questions, and helping me envision how my loved one could thrive here. The lobby is open and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere reflects care and attention to detail. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Based on my tour, I believe The Terraces of Tuckerman Lane would be a wonderful home for a loved one who can no longer live safely at home.

This place has gone downhill. I don’t recommend it to anyone. You can tell that upper management has cut corners. If you cared about people, you will do better. Staff are stressed because they are short staffed. Management clearly doesn’t care.

My mother came to The Terraces in September of 2025. We visit unannounced 2-4 times a week and she is always well cared for. The medical and support staff are kind and patient. Would highly recommend this place.

I was recently discharged from this facility 2/20/2026. My experiences were harrowing. On my first day I arrived asking the office manager to help me with a minor insurance issue ( which was ignored) because this issue was ignored I became temporarily insured. Next, with no warning or discharge planning the facility attempted to discharge me early ( when I was unable to stand or maintain balance to walk) I had only received the bare minimum of " bedside" physical therapy because the entire gym was closed due to a COVID outbreak! I literally begged the nurses and management to bring in the nutritional supplements I require did to a bowel resection last year. I also asked for my daily diet to be altered to accommodate mh nutritional needs. I lost five pounds, never received the vitamins ordered and three days AFTER the date they tried to discharge me originally finally received the ENSURE supplement that was prescribed twice daily, but, even then was given sporadically and often not at all as they did not maintain it in stock. Food quality and quantity was dismal, I purchased my own food, beverages and nutritional supplements from Amazon. There are many more negligent and abusive incidents I endured. I hadn't cried that much since my mother's death in 2010. I am currently having to report to the authorities that upon my discharge all of my discharge prescriptions were to be sent to my pharmacy. When I went to pick them up the pharmacist said that they were all ready EXCEPT the two prescriptions for Narcotics. Those prescriptions were sent to the in-house Pharmacy that only supplies facilities such as Tuckerman. They were filled , processed and paid for through my insurance and then sent back to Tuckerman. This is the same day I discharged . under no circumstances would I go back there and I would do my utmost to dissuade anyone who had a choice from choosing to voluntarily be placed there. I didn't meet one single satisfied patient during my stay there whether it was long-term or otherwise. On the side it is an absolutely Grand immaculately clean well appointed facility. Beautiful on the outside and well manicured. Immaculate really. Too bad the rest of it was not congruent then perhaps it would be the multi-star facility it wants to be.

Staff pay attention to you they listen carefully and test you like a person. I talk with the supervisor on 5th floor Ms Adrian . She stopped what she was doing and attended to me . I felt I was being seen and heard. Everyone was so cheerful and kind. Thank you Tuckerman staff.
