This place is wonderful!!! It's clean and the staff really works hard to make it comfortable for my grandma. The management is amazing so if your looking for a place to leave your loved ones with no worries this the place. Ryan who I believe is a director has been a absolutely helpful and he should know it.

Recently we made a decision to move my parents from our previous community to Fairmont and we are SO happy we did! The communication between staff, directors etc… has been so impressive! The few minor questions or issues we’ve had were immediately met and taken care of. We would recommend easily based off of the professionalism of staff and management. I am happy every time I come to visit and see that the standard of care is always top priority, it does not go unnoticed!!!

My father in law lives in memory care at Fairmont. Everyone who works there shows kindness and caring every time we are there. The staff is accommodating when we visit even if we tie up a large table since there are so many of us 😀. They always have such nice things to say about my father in law and tell us how much they love him! It always seems like there is some activity going on to engage the residents which I think is really important. We attended the Easter brunch that Fairmont puts on and it was fabulous! The Easter bunny was there and they had an egg hunt which dad’s great grandkids really enjoyed! The food was spectacular and dad was able to enjoy it with us! I am so glad that dad is in such a warm and loving place! I would highly recommend Fairmont to anyone who is looking for a senior living community!

From the first moment I stepped into Fairmont Senior Living I knew this was the perfect place for my mom. The decision to move her to an assisted living facility after caring for her in my home for nearly 9 years was the most difficult decision I’ve ever had to make. My initial contact at Fairmont was Jane. I cannot begin to describe how understanding, compassionate, friendly, and professional she was and continues to be. Jen, the Director of Nursing is so caring, thoughtful, empathetic, understanding, and really listens. Her professionalism shines through in all she does. Together with Charity, they address and resolve any concerns that may arise. All the staff from the nurses, aides, the front desk, the nutrition and dining room, and activities staff AND especially Megan, the activities director are very caring. There are numerous activities scheduled each month that residents look forward to and enjoy. I must mention that Kyle, the head of the nutrition department and Chef does a great job! He really knows how to cook! With all of these wonderful people caring for my mom, I feel comfortable and confident that she is in good hands. I honestly think God orchestrated this union of my mom and me with Fairmont Senior Living.

We had a family member in need of an Assisted Living and we toured several locations in the South Dayton Area. Fairmont Senior Living stuck out above the rest, due to the staff. The building is in a wonderful, quiet, safe location. The exterior and interior are very up to date and well kept. Our first interactions were with Jane, who was a pleasure to deal with. She was very direct and upfront towards all of our questions. You could tell she cared that our family member was going to have the right fit for their needs! The Care staff has been wonderful! Jen & Charity have been with the community for YEARS, which is comforting to know! We feel comfortable knowing they are responsible for the care of our loved one. The rest of the staff (front desk, maintenance, kitchen, activities, office) have always been welcoming with a smile on their faces. I will continue to recommend Fairmont Senior Living to any friends that are looking. It can be a stressful time and decision, but they lift that weight with their work and experience!
