Brightstar Senior Living Of Fort Wayne

I really enjoy coming to Brightstar. Tamia, is so sweet and kind! Everytime I visit she greets me with a hello and a smile. I work for hospice and she's always offering her helping hand. That just makes me feel so welcomed to be in the building, and that also let's me know that she cares about the residents getting their showers.

Brightstar is a beautiful community that is clean and friendly. The staff and residents are always so friendly and welcoming when you walk in! My grandma has made so many friends there and loves all the activities they have to offer!

Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the lord my soul to keep, if I shall pass before I wake. I pray the lord that I will stay here in this place. It is so beautiful and enlightning and it reaches from the inside outward. 🆗 on the inside, the most beautiful part of it is the RESIDENTS that stay here. they are so sweet all of them. the scenery within is of magnificent stellar. it's just b e a u t i f u l: it's like living in a mansion with all the extra amenities; with more rooms than you can see.🙈 very spacious, smells good, looks good, feels good, so it is all GOOD. 😁 the people that work there are of upper standards: they have to be, because the residents there are also that as well. from the outside it is of utmost splendor. to see that it was built not too long ago, and it has a nice classic feel. something like a nice cottage off the water somewhere in the valley. comes with beautiful greeneries outside, nice fresh air, and very enriching scenic views from all angles. a place of home, a place that you would call home, a place that you would like to go home to: at least I would one day if need be. 🙏🏽👌🏽😉😊 I would like to be here in care with others. Just know where to send me when it's my time of need. be it will or be it might, I pray to God that I will take flight. if my family doesn't have me or a close love one or so, then just send me on out here...then I'll make it the rest of the way home. GLORY! ❤️

I moved my mother into BrightStar at the end of September 2020. As soon as I wheeled her into her room, she loved it. As I watched the interaction between the staff and residents during meals and in the common areas, I was so pleased. They were truly caring. The meals were served hot (not just warm) and were delicious. Between the facility staff and her team with Heartland Hospice, she received superb support. My mother passed away a month after she moved in, but she had the best care that last month than what she had received in a previous facility. I would highly recommend BrightStar to anyone that needs to move their loved one to a senior living facility.

BrightStar has been a blessing for our family! The staff could not be more kind and compassionate and they truly care about their residents! The facility is beautifully appointed, extremely clean and brand new. Chef Fred does a fabulous job as well! We could not be happier with the care our Dad is receiving!
