Brightview Annapolis

We couldn't be happier with Brightview Annapolis! The staff is incredibly caring and understanding of my mother's needs. I can rest easy knowing that she is comfortable and well-cared for. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. Every time we come to visit her, we are welcomed as part of the Brightview family. We love participating with Mom in the many family events and gatherings, and it's a pleasure to attend the frequent concerts with her. We have several meals with her every week, and we're always impressed by the quality of the food and the special attention the staff gives to my mother and all the residents. Exceptional place for fine senior living! The staff are the icing on the cake of this beautiful resort-like center.

My aunt stays here and it's maybe the worst mistake her children have made so far. The cost is extremely high for the very few services they offer. The food is terrible (and to not offer 3 meals/ day every day for the price seems ridiculous). There's a button resident's are supposed to push in the morning, and if it's not, someone is supposed to come check. My aunt has not pushed it several mornings and hasn't been checked on. Also,my aunt fell getting into bed and laid on the floor for 90 minutes before she could reach her phone. When she reached someone at the front desk, they had to call 911 to get someone to help her up. So I guess I'm not sure what the staff do all day if they don't check on residents and can't assist them when they need it. And we've tried to mail her packages multiple times, but no one at the facility will deliver them to her. So we have to mail them elsewhere and have one of her daughters bring them to her. I certainly wouldn't put my parent in this facility! It may look nice on the outside, but there are almost no services for the price you pay (which is extremely high).

My family has been very happy with the care given to both my Mom and the other residents of Brightview Annapolis during these troubled times. Thanks so much for all you do!
