I love the staff at Aviva and feel so comfortable and confident that my mother is being cared for with respect and dignity. They go above and beyond to make my mothers life better.

Aviva has been absolutely wonderful with providing care and safety to my mother in law with late stage dementia, especially since her private home caregiver Wendy T went rogue and decided she was in charge of making all decisions regarding her care and refused to accept our family's decision to place her at this facility due to her dementia progressing. This caregiver made my mother in law's move really difficult and caused her significant distress. Aviva handled this disturbed caregiver professionally and always had my mother in law's best interest in mind. They assisted with her move /transition and continue to keep her safe. She's now thriving and enjoys living at Aviva.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME ! I have been to several facilities like this. I have never saw a more caring staff. The maintenance men will even jump in & help serve food if they are needed. Everyone stops & talks to the residents. We lost my mother in law on March 11, 2025. Everyone offered their condolences. They gave us all hugs & asked to keep them updated on my father in law.

I love living here. There are many opportunities to socialize with others - from the numerous activities to sharing meals. It's clear that the staff and residents care about each other. Baldwin Park is big enough to have an interesting program of activities and entertainment and small enough to know everybody. It's a warm, caring family.

Making the decision to place a parent in an assisted living facility is one of the hardest I ever made. But, choosing Brightview Baldwin Park was the best decision I could make. The facility is lovely, warm, and welcoming. I can't say enough positive things about the staff. Every person who plays a part in my Mom's care is competent, personable, attentive, caring, and compassionate. Mom likes her apartment, is very content, enjoys the various activities and loves the food. Would highly recommend Brightview Baldwin Park.
