I came to Modena Reserve Bethesda to inquire about a place for my grandparents and from my first encounter with the concierge to when I left the building, my experience was exceptional! Faith greeted me with such kindness and every person I encountered during my tour was super caring and I would recommend Modena Reserve Bethesda to any and everyone!

The staff are incredible! We’ve had great experiences with Flor, Erick, and Gloria who care so tenderly for the residents. And we love visiting the residents and offering Mass and prayers with them. What a great place! I’ve referred others here who are looking for assisted living and care facilities.

I had a wonderful tour of Modena, led by Travis, and it truly stood out among the many senior living communities I’ve toured while searching for the right fit for my parents. Travis was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly thoughtful, taking the time to answer questions and make the experience feel personal rather than rushed. The community itself felt welcoming and well cared for, and the food was absolutely delicious — a pleasant and important surprise. After visiting several communities, Modena is now at the very top of my list. I left feeling confident, comfortable, and excited about the possibility of my parents calling it home.

We can not say enough about the experience we have had at Modena Reserve Bethesda. It is a beautiful building that is well maintained with a lot of light and nice spaces to relax and be outside. The rooms are great, with big windows and spacious bathrooms. But what really makes Modena special are the people who work there and spend time with the residents each day. Everyone we have met is caring, respectful, thoughtful and kind to all of the residents. Our mother moved into assisted living and is now on the memory care floor. Beatrice and Dianna and many others helped us make that transition and their expertise guided us through the process with care and patience. We are very grateful everyday for the entire staff. They know the residents, make them feel at home, talk with them about their families and their day, comfort them, provide activities and wonderful food and give them autonomy as well as loving attention. They are timely and thorough in keeping our family apprised of situations as they arise, such as health care and other individual needs. There is also a good dose of humor mixed in that our mother appreciates! We have learned so much from them about how to support our mother and all the things they do to celebrate the residents, including amazing birthday parties, show what exceptional professionals they are.
