Brightview Crofton Riverwalk

Everything about the place speak excellent. The receptionist and director were so kind , accommodative and loving. You don't want to leave there even when they are done with you from there because of the treatment

Entering the premises of BrightView, I felt the vibrancy of the environment. Every staff had a smile, suggesting that they like working there.

The staff is fantastic. They are taking great care of my father. He has been at BVCR for over 4 years and we would highly recommend the facility.

Brightview has been a wonderful home for our 94 year old mom. She moved here from Cambridge, MA to be close to one of her daughters. They have gone out of their way on more occasions than we can count to accommodate her to make her more comfortable. Before she moved in she didn’t have a shower chair. They told us not to worry, someone donated a brand new one and it was set up in her shower the day she moved in. Another example, she hurt her back and could no longer lay on her favorite couch. They brought in a recliner they had in storage that moves up and down for her to use as long as she wants. The staff is very friendly, respectful and kind. Dawna is one of the caregivers and she is outstanding, simply the best! Monique is also wonderful. Terra and Bonnie in nursing are super helpful and competent and extremely thorough in their work. Michelle, the Assisted Living Director does a great job. And last but not least, Kate at the front desk is always there with a smile to help and solve a problem when needed. The food is also pretty food as is the entertainment and other activities!

After the loss of our mother in April our father no longer wanted to live in our family home. After touring Brightview Crofton our Dad had made his mind up that Brightview Crofton would be his new home. The staff at Brightview Crofton has been phenomenal and the residents have all made him, and us, feel right at home 💛
