My parents have been at Bright View Senior Living, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care, warmth, and attention they’ve received. The entire team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, compassionate environment that truly feels like home. I especially want to recognize Tammy Palermo, who made the entire process of moving my parents in so easy and stress-free. From the very first conversation, Tammy was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question, listen to our concerns, and make sure my parents felt comfortable every step of the way. Her genuine care and professionalism set the tone for everything that followed — she is truly a gem and an outstanding representative of Bright View.

I toured Brightview in August when I was looking for an independent living facility for my father. Dad couldn't live alone anymore, the house had gotten to be too much, and he wasn't eating nutritious food. Dorothy at Brightview was great - we discussed at length my Dad's preferences and personality. The rooms were spacious and modern, and we loved that it had a full kitchen. Even though Dad didn't cook, having it look like a complete apartment would have made the transition from his house more natural. The grounds were beautiful and we loved the amenities. The residents I spoke with were happy and looked very active. I signed a lease for my Dad to move in, but unfortunately, he passed away. The team at Brightview was extremely accommodating and returned the rent and the deposit - the latter of which I was not expecting. That act showed me I made the right decision in selecting a place that wasn't only aesthetically pleasing and luxurious, but also ethical - something that Dad would have valued very much. I whole-heartedly recommend this facility.

But what about the care - Every step of the way, the team at Briteview has demonstrated unparalleled care and professionalism. Our journey began with Dorothy, who meticulously walked us through all the options available for our parents. Dorothy spent an extraordinary amount of time educating our family on everything Briteview had to offer, all while being incredibly sensitive to the significant changes our family was about to undergo. Cathy, the Memory Care Director, is an angel. The memory care team is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also extraordinarily sensitive to the needs of residents. They focus on preserving each individual’s sense of self and ensuring they are treated with care, kindness, and respect. In the assisted living community, the team is nothing short of remarkable. Katie does an incredible job ensuring each resident’s needs are met. Moving loved ones into assisted living is never easy, but the team at Briteview has mastered the transitioning loved ones with grace and empathy, ensuring both physical and mental wellness. The community at Eatontown Briteview is filled with compassion, kindness, and inclusion, going above and beyond to make residents feel at home.

My parents went to visit Brightview Senior Living and this is my mother’s review… My husband and I recently had the privilege to see Brightview senior living facility located in Eatontown. We were met by a very pleasant and welcoming staff at their office and after having a nice conversation with two future residents, we met a charming, well informed lady named Dorothy. Dorothy took us on a tour of the building. It’s set to open the end of August 2023. We were very impressed with the well thought design of the apartments. The rooms are well lit with natural light, have ample closet space, large bathrooms allow access for assistive devices like canes, walkers and wheelchairs. Brightview offers amenities for both physical and social needs- everything anyone could need and want. I asked Dorothy about the assisted living facility and staffing. Her answer truly impressed me. She said that they are going to provide well trained, well supervised, top of the line services. This is very important and reassuring. I highly recommend Brightview for anyone looking for a most comfortable, friendly and well equipped dwelling with dignity and safety. 5 stars all around.
