Brightview Fair Oaks

From a caregivers standpoint it’s incredibly disheartening that the residents pay so much money to be treated so poorly here. The nursing staff is absolutely negligent and I have watched them ignore blood pressures in the 180s to 200s range as well as forget to give meds or just take basic vitals signs when they know a resident is ill. I will say I have seen some incredible techs that have been great and I have also seen very aggressive aids and techs that are very forceful with the residents. I have watched management ignore this problem multiple times when they know it is wrong and from a medical standpoint it is illegal. I will not recommend this place for anyone in the future.

We took a tour of this beautiful community and were impressed with the lovely physical plant. The staff and residents were openly friendly and welcoming. After visiting other communities, Brightview is at the top of our list.

The personnel were awesome and the residents seemed happy and engaged with each other. It was a lively gathering and I enjoyed the festivities. The only drawback for me was the food which was a bit lacking. Overall it was a delightful experience.

At the very last minute, we called today to get a same day tour and by luck Elaine was available. Elaine gave us a wonderful tour of this beautiful facility. She sorted out all the questions that we asked. We appreciated the attention she gave us. We also enjoyed meeting the Executive Director! Thank you Elaine for making time for us!

Always enjoy teaching a monthly paint class at BV! The residents and employees are all so nice! Had the largest attendance with 21 students today!!
