Brightview Great Falls

I moved my mom in to this facility a little under a year ago and it's pricey but mostly pretty good. Their activities director, Elizabeth, is a particular stand out...possibly worth the price of admission. And the rooms/layouts are overall better than I found in similar types of facilities in the area. The onsite medical staff are also very professional and clearly care about the well-being of the residents. It's also very clean and doesn't smell weird, which is a bit of a feat for these places. My one small gripe is the food, which is good but could be better.

You didn’t just care for her—you cared about her. And that made all the difference. Knowing she was surrounded by such kindness, warmth, and attentiveness brought our family tremendous comfort. The dining room servers, caregivers, concierge, sales director, even the maintenance staff — everyone leads with warmth and genuine care. They treat residents and their families like people, not tenants. What truly sets Brightview Great Falls apart is their flexibility. Whatever it takes for residents to live fully and vibrantly, they make it happen — without hesitation. The lines of communication are always open, and I never worry about my mom‘s safety or well-being.

I and my Therapy Dog, Rufus, love our monthly visits. We have regular friends to see as well as the residents who join us sporadically. I love the sense of community.
