Visiting at Brightview is always a pleasant experience. Sheila at the reception is so friendly & helpful. The facility is clean & very well decorated. If there’s a negative, it’s parking. Not enough.

This is my absolute favorite place among the many communities I visit. The staff here are hardworking, friendly, demonstrate remarkable dedication and love for individuals they care for; consistently prioritize the needs of the residents going above and beyond to provide compassionate care, making this a truly special place for both residents and their families. The environment is clean, beautiful, and welcoming.

Today was my first visit to Brightview Grosvenor lane. My first impression was " what a great place to call home." It felt like a 5 star resort... the decor, cleanliness, staff, library & business center. I was offered lunch, that was outstanding & delicious. The residents that I met all expressed to me how much they enjoy living there. I noticed throughout the residents , Daily activity & events schedules, for residents engagement. Lastly, I was visiting BVSL @ Grosvenor not as a guest, or potential resident. But, as a great place to work and further my culinary career.

We were greeted by friendly ladies as we entered the facility. They helped us sign in and locate my sister. They even showed us the way to my sister’s room. On the way to her room we passed a couple more staff members who stopped their work to say hello to us. A lady came in to get my sister ‘s dishes after she was finished eating and she said hello to each of us and was very welcoming. As we signed out and left the facility staff members said goodbye and invited us to visit again soon. What a wonderful facility! My sister is very ill and in pain and although we were stressed and upset about her condition we were very happy that she is in this facility. Everyone is making her happy and comfortable. She’s MUCH happier here. Thank you for your AWESOME treatment of your patients and their visitors!
