Really well decorated and clean! It feels like a 5 star hotel walking in there. I know our grandmother is in great hands.

Bayview is very well maintained with libraries, living rooms, movie theaters and dining rooms with many choices of well cooked food prepared on site. The entire facility is extremely clean and well staffed with support staff. This is particularly true of Welcome Village, the memory care unit where my wife is staying. The floors are spotless and all of the patients are well groomed & well dressed. If there is even the slightest change in her condition, I am informed by knowledgeable staff within 24 hours. As retired physicians both of us have dreaded admission to end of life nursing homes sitting sedated in wheelchairs all day watching TV. Welcome Village has an active daily activity program run by experienced therapists that includes art work, verbal word games and open discussion of evening movies.

Brightview has been such a great place for my wife. She is happy, and always engaged in a way that I could not do at home. It has been truly a wonderful thing, staff has been terrific as well.

My experience with Brightview Mays Chapel was so positive. I was really hoping that my elderly parents would move there from Florida. Alissa S. went out of her way and above and beyond to try to help us.. she was patient and understanding and really so supportive throughout the entire experience. Unfortunately, my parents need to stay where they are due to health issues, and I am very sad that they won't be at Brightview. I just wanted to give a shout out to Alissa and everybody at Brightview, who went out of their way to help us.
