I recently attended a training at this community and was so impressed with the food that was served! Chef Paul and his entire team went above and beyond to create a deliciously impressive spread. I truly felt like I was at a restaurant- house made dressings, chicken waldrof crostinis, filet mignon, tomato confit & mozzarella flatbreads and so much more. Thank you Brightview Randolph for such a great training and an even better dining experience!!

Such a beautiful place to live! I visited a resident in Assisted Living today and the holiday decorations looked so pretty everywhere I looked. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’ll be back tomorrow for a Christmas Holiday Concert!

Is there any reason why my phone number can’t be used as an ID when I take my mom somewhere and I have to fill in my name every time? My phone number is used to identify myself when checking in and out, seems like a no brainer to use the phone number as an identifier for the person that the resident is leaving with. It’s not like there’s any actual validation going on within the system. Also, please let your musical guests know that 91dB is a bit loud for a crowd that is wearing hearing aids. The people in the audience with hearing aids perceive that as uncomfortably loud. The people without hearing aids can’t hear the music regardless. Also, why does the 4th floor have to have such tall ceilings? The hearing impaired are further impaired by the significant echoing caused by the tall ceilings. On a final note, meals are consistently served late. I don’t know if that’s a staffing issue or what but they need to do the meal prep 45 minutes sooner, seems like an odd thing to be bad at considering the monthly cost of living here. Feel free to pass my info up to company management, my gripes are all simple fixes for such a massive company. Acoustic tiles can be retrofitted on ceiling very cheaply and on new construction- avoid tall ceilings, you will be doing many residents a huge favor while improving your reputation.

Staff is very competent and genuinely care and take interest in the residents. Food is restaurant quality! The grounds and interior are immaculate! So glad they are taking great care of my mom!

We moved my mother to Brightview's Wellspring Village after her Alzheimer's advanced so that she could no longer stay in assisted living. It was the best decision we could have made for my mom! The team in Wellspring is absolutely amazing! They always made sure that her clothing was neat and they did her hair and put makeup on her everyday. They treated her with great respect and I will always be thankful to them for that. She was able to age and eventually pass with dignity. We looked at almost ever facility in north western NJ and truly believe that Brightview Randolph (Wellspring Village) is the the best in the area.
