The staff was beautiful polite answered all my questions and I love how big they are on supporting each other

I visited numerous assisted living facilities in the area, and chose Brightview. The staff is welcoming and professional. I’d like to especially give a shout out to Holly who made everything easy, with loving acceptance. The food is wonderful and the staff is attentive. The rooms and surrounding common areas are immaculately clean. It is a comfort to our family to have found Brightview Tenafly.

Overall the staff is excellent. Personable, patient, kind and caring. This is 90% of my experience. The other 10%...the dining room experience is slow

I'm glad my children researched various senior assisted living facilities and chose Brightview as my new residence. The facility is clean with a caring staff. The Associates present a cohesive environment of health awareness and cleanliness. I see them wearing gloves and masks regularly every day. Plenty of activities, are offered daily. The Brightview activities associates ensure the residents have plenty to keep busy throughout the day from morning games to afternoon entertainment, to evening movies. The crew caters to the residents happily. It's nice to witness the employees getting along with each other ever smiling at the residents. Well, at least with me they do.

I had a wonderful visit with my aunt Joan and her lady friends and met a wonderful poodle. I was even treated to an unexpected cup cake. What a wonderful place. It feels like home.
