This is a beautiful residence. Your loved one will be treated with care and respect, all while enjoying delicious meals, a safe, clean, and modern living space, along with many engaging activities and options to socialize with others and enjoy the remainder of their days with quality. I absolutely recommend Brightview Rossville.

My visit today was a pleasant one. I found Donald sitting in the area where the puzzles and books are. He wasn’t doing anything, but at least he was out of his room. When Donald went to lunch, I went back to his room to straighten up and see what needed doing. I recommend the Cleaning crew keep a close eye around Donald’s chair. There are some kind of flakes of black paper or something around the chair between the chair and the heating unit and easily missed. In addition to that I noticed a urinal partially filled also sitting kind of behind his chair on the side where it couldn’t be noticed. I hope Don begins to get out more as we go along. He’s starting to move around a bit more but he doesn’t walk anymore than he has to. Thanks for all you do to make BrightView such a pleasant place.

We've been calling all around the area and everyone’s been nice and respectful besides this place. We’re young adults trying to just do angel trees and some places have them for the senior citizens as well, and we know everyone always bless the children but most forgot about the seniors that have raised us, we wanted to give back to the seniors and the lady on the phone said it’s late call back tomorrow and ask them … like I understand it is 11 pm but we dont live around this area so we have been calling places for hours and we got a few we are going to visit tomorrow and bless those seniors, but it’s hard finding places that will do these things for their seniors, I understand if you don’t do that , a lot of places haven’t , please Educate and teach your workers on how to talk to people though, a simple call back tomorrow would’ve worked , I asked how’s your day been and all before I even asked and immediately attitude like I wouldn’t want this person working with my family or parents. Try to be kind in a world full of hate and that’s what happens I guess, I’ve called over 15 facilities now and this is the only review I’ve had to write yet that’s bad so , let that be known .

We were searching around the area for a reputable senior care home for our mom. We spoke to Braden in July 2025. She was so very helpful. Our mom was 93, legally blind, hard of hearing and was in the middle stages of dementia. We knew mom would need to soon move into a 24 hours care service home. Early October our mom suffered from severe dementia and stopped taking her medicines and eating. She was transported to the er. Again I reached out to Braden and she was so very helpful about making quick plans for our mom to transfer into their facilities. Unfortunately, mom’s health rapidly declined overnight and she was transferred to hospice where she departed 4 days later. The funeral service was beautiful. Today I was again surprised when I received these beautiful roses and a condolence card from Brightview. I want to thank the facility, especially Braden for all the assistance we needed during our difficult time. I would highly recommend anytime who needs loving care for their parent to seek residency at Brightview.
