Terrible customer service. We called for information and they treated us like they didn't care. Unimpressed and wouldn't trust them to care for some one I care about.

Good caring people. They took great care of my aunt for almost 3 years. Plus, they provide great opportunities for families to celebrate holidays and other events with get togethers and potlucks.
