BRILLION WEST HAVEN

My Husband with LBD continues to do well over last 28 months he has been at Brillion West Haven. He is a challenge to care for because of the increasing decline and progression of his dementia. However the staff there are receiving continued training & are educated about Dementia behaviors which helps so much to give compassionate care. Special thanks to the new Director of nursing that has assisted with these changes upon her arrival in January of 2022. This has been Night and day better than the previous 2 places he was at. You never know what you where missing until you experience what you should have had all along.😊💕 Thank you for doing what I can no longer do to care for him.💕🫂

West Haven is a beautiful facility. My Mom and aunt are getting wonderful care and we love they offer so many activities inside and outside of the facility to keep them busy

My mom is well taken care of here. She is always busy and enjoys so many things but especially the live music and sitting out on the porch with her friends. The staff is very friendly and caring. I enjoy going to visit her and seeing her big smile!

I enjoy living at West Haven, my boys did a good job on choosing a new place for me to call home. Everything is nice, I feel safe, the staff is super and there's a great variety of activities. This was the best place my dad could have lived for the last 11 months of his life. The staff is very caring and dedicated. There are plenty of activities for the residents and the building is clean and welcoming. My dad loved the people that worked there and enjoyed his "middle of the night" (when he couldn't sleep) chats and hot chocolate with the staff. He was happy, safe and well cared for at West Haven. And when the end came for him the staff cried along with me and hugged him and me. Thank you Brillion West Haven!
