We are so grateful for the care my mom receives here. The nurses are attentive, compassionate, and truly treat residents with dignity and respect. A special thank you to Ciara, who goes above and beyond every single day, her kindness, patience, and professionalism give our family real peace of mind. The aides are also wonderful. They are warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which makes such a difference when you’re trusting others with someone you love. Amanda has made her feel welcomed and helped us every step of the way. We are thankful knowing my mom is in such capable and caring hands.

I moved to the Bristal in August and the move in experience was easy and painless! Mark and Amanda were so helpful throughout the process which made it even easier. Deborah Fishman was excellent to work with. I help a relative who is a resident there and Deborah was patient and understanding in finding a solution for our family. She offered some great options that I had not heard about even after discussing the same topics with elder care attorneys. The care at Bristol Englewood has been excellent and Deborah really helped with her creative ideas!

The incredible program director at Bristal is Anthony Elia. (Typo in my earlier review) He has been such a star in helping my mother feel welcome and happy in her new community. His expertise and care for the residents is excellent. My sister and I are so happy with the Bristal. Our mom feels so welcome and is so happy.
