We are so happy with our decision to move our dad to Reflections, the memory care unit at The Bristol. He has settled in nicely and seems very comfortable. The staff is wonderful, it’s very clean and he enjoys the food. Bernadette, the director, is always there with a smile, engaging with both residents and families. Knowing he is well cared for and content when we can’t be by his side gives us peace of mind. We are truly grateful to the entire team at The Bristol!

I’ve always had a wonderful experience with The Bristal at Somerset. The staff is truly terrific from top to bottom. Jill, the Executive Director, sets a caring and professional tone for the entire community. Kaylee Johnson is always responsive and helpful, Bernadette in Reflections (memory care) is attentive and compassionate, and Summer, the Activities Director, keeps residents engaged and happy with meaningful programs. The team is consistently welcoming, communicative, and attentive — you can tell they genuinely care about the residents and their families. Highly recommend!

Placing our mom in memory care was one of the toughest decisions we’ve faced. Thankfully, we found The Bristal. The love and compassion shown to her every day reassures us we made the right choice. She is safe, supported, and cared for in the best possible way.
