BRITTANY HOUSE

My mother has been at this place for now 2 days . It’s Horrible have to get her removed immediately. They do not care about the patients on the assistant living side ….Marcus never responds ( which is the main contact ) my mother is diabetic the nurse stated they can’t give her insulin until she receives a doctor order . That should have been completed before her arrival … VERY UNPROFESSIONAL…….CNA WORKER CURSE AT PATIENT AND TALK TO THEM LIKE THEY ARE PEOPLE OFF THE STREET THEY HAVE NO PROPER TRAINING VERY VERy unprofessional ..ERIN THE BUSINESSMAN DIRECTOR, doesn’t care at all very HEARTLESS …. The environment is not calm they are UNDERSTAFFED….ets

Brittany house was recommended by the hospital and they were wonderful to work with. The staff was extremely responsive and took care of everything we needed quickly. The caregiver was wonderful as well, very respectful and caring. The care she provided to our loved one, who needed full assistance with all daily living skills was amazing! And her interactions with the entire family were very friendly.

We had avoided the elephant in the room for as long as we could as no one feels like dealing with putting a loved one in care. Dealing with other homes first made things even worst as super aggressive sales people in these huge corporate houses just wanted to sign you up, imagine a slimy car salesperson except you have a lot more on the line then your transportation. I then luckily stumbled upon Brittany House and despite it being a little farther than i wanted my mom to be was immediately drawn to it as Erin which i spoke to on the phone was completely different. She took time to listen and really understand our situation and offered for me to come in with my mom and check it out ourselves . Despite my mom not wanting to go and complaining all the way down there , she actually said “i like that place, they are so friendly and i can make some friends there”. That made me so relieved as i had this sense that i was doing her an injustice but in fact her being all alone in an apartment was the injustice. She has been there for 6 months now and loves it. Whenever my brother and i go visit she is so excited to introduce us to new friends she has made. Highly recommended-!

I cant thank the team at Brittany House enough. They’ve been so kind and supportive, not just to my grandmother but to our family. It’s a tough transition, but they really made it easier. Every time I visit, I leave feeling good about where my Nana is and the care that she is receiving.

My Husband was at Brittany House for 2 1/2 years until he passed away recently. I would like to commend one of the care givers. His name is Marcus and he worked in the unit where my Husband was. Marcus is very conscientious, caring and helpful. Anytime I had any questions or ask him for help he took care of it. He especially kept me informed during my Husbands last few days because I could not be there. He is a great asset to Brittany House.Thank you Marcus
