I just want to say how amazing this community is. You’re truly treated like family. Conni and Laura are two of the most helpful, personal and above all professional staff. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They are on top of any issue and do their very best to take care of each one in a timely manner. The neighborhood watch is no joke!!! I’ve never seen a community protect their residence and their children more than this place right here. Once you’re here your family and safe!!! Just such and awesome place, thank you Conni and Laura for bringing so much joy to the experience and tour. Appreciate all you have done!!

I have lived at the The Crossings On Broadway since last August. Laura and Connie are the most welcoming and amazing people I know. The Community is clean and safe. I have a 16 year old daughter and am happy that she is able to call this great place home. Thank you so mich Laura and Connie for being so welcoming and for being the amazing people you are.

Laura and Connie are amazing office ladies great humans to be around! They def keep the community as whole in a lot of things! Nd by far one cleanest most maintained parks in the area! Overall nice place to live and my kids like that there’s not Jst one kids play area here!

Overall I like this his manufactured home park. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. Neighbors are friendly and I haven't encountered any crime or noise issues. My one pet peeve is a number of homeowners have been without mail service for 6 months forcing us to pick up mail from the post office. I have spoken with the office a number of times regarding this issue and get one excuse or another. "It costs $10,000 for a mail box", "we are waiting on the post office", "we are waiting for the ground to thaw to install boxes". I'm getting very frustrated. Communication would be nice, ACTION would be greatly appreciated. I have asked the office to please keep us posted through emails of the status of the situation as emails are routinely sent out for any other topic in the park. To date, not one email has been sent addressing this problem. At this point, a discount on monthly rent would certainly be appreciated for this long lasting inconvenience.

Love this community. The staff makes you feel like family. Laura the manager is the most compassionate, thoughtful and caring manager I have ever known. And her staff is a direct reflection of her caring style. I appreciate what this community does for all of us. I found my forever home. Thank you
