I did live there for one year a half, the building always smells food, smells like cooking fish and some people smoke cigarettes. Also the property manager was unprofessional to deal with any problems. When I rented the apartment wasn’t clean as expected but when I returned it I did clean it better then before. But even though they charged me $350 for not reason.

I don’t recommend to live at this property. Because the property manager at 503 Broadway is unprofessional, his name is Derek. This person will always tell you that he will take you out of the apartment. All the time he speaks loud and scream at you. Also if you could handle him until your lease end he will charge you $50 for each hour you spend at the apartment. Also he will take at least $300 from your deposit.

Do not expect to get 100% of your security deposit back, even if you left the place in cleaner condition than when you received it. We had a leak in our kitchen sink and cat litter in our carpet upon move in. From our security deposit, they kept $140 out of $500, $30 due to a “missing” bathroom sink plug which we did not have upon move in, $75 for “having to clean” shower (you can be the judge of that with pics provided), $10 for “vacuuming under the couch cushions” (which we did), and $25 for having to clean the oven. We only lived there for one year so there was NOT anymore wear and tear than it already came with. When I asked about these withheld charges to management, they did not email me back. Poor communication to their residents. There are better, cheaper places to live in Menomonie, not worth your time or money.

I dont know why 2 of the other reviews are so negative. Have lived here for a year. Apartments are nice, maintenance staff comes in timely manner and are very nice, in a good location. Overall a good place to live.

Very unprofessional, we kept calling to try and lease and Grant (the person who does leasing) never would answer and had to call many times just to talk to him. He said he would do incline 2 bedroom for a semester and then went back on his word.
