This community is amazing! The wellness team, April and Amber, make sure everyone is getting what they need, often going above and beyond. The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way you need. If you are looking for a place with engaging activities, this one has so many to choose from. Richel and her activities team bring out the young spirit in all of us. Katrina, the ED, cares so much about the employees and the residents. It translates into how committed her team is and the culture of love in the team she has built up. I absolutely enjoy this community and all they do for residents.

Moving here from The Villages, Florida The number 1 senior community in the world i thought i would be bored. Instead I found an active, vibrant community that offers a variety of activities, from card games, exercise classes, bingo, pokeno, arts and crafts, trivia and discussion groups. I also found the residents helpful and friendly and made many new friends. I highly recommend Broadway Proper to those looking for a place to call home.

My Mom moved in 5 weeks ago. This is a wonderful place. The employees that I have met ( There have been quite a few). Can't remember all there names. Some of them are Bre (she was first one who we did a few tours with) Eva, Amanda, Hayden, Alyssa, Clayton and Kadie and more are just great! Residents are welcoming and they are always around. They dont stay in there rooms. They are out there visiting, doing activities (there are so many activities!) This had made the transition so much better and while it is an adjustment, it is an easier adjustment. We can visit anytime. Someone is always at front desk 24 hrs a day. I am including pictures of entrance at night because there are day photos on here and I love this view. They have happy hour every week with music too.

The Health & Wellness Director and staff are outstanding! I am a care manager for a resident at Broadway Proper and any time I have a question or concern they address it immediately! They do an outstanding job with distribution of medications. Their caring and kindness is "STELLAR"! I have worked with several facilities over 10 plus years and this by far is the best resident care I have experienced! April and Amber are fantastic! Keep up the great work!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Broadway Proper. From the very beginning, my mom has experienced the highest level of warmth, care, and attention. The staff and caregivers truly know her—and they know our family too. They greet friends and family by name and consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents are not only safe, but genuinely thriving. Every single interaction I’ve had with both staff and residents has been warm, welcoming, and full of kindness. There is a real sense of connection and community here—it’s vibrant, compassionate, and deeply human. This is truly a special place, and I’m endlessly grateful for the care my mom receives.
