Daniel with maintenance was a great help while I was here doing a leak search. and from what I could see, he already was able to find the leak and fix it prior to us even coming.

This Senior living facility is really nice safe environment for your loved ones.

It isn't easy to describe how one feels when they enter an attractive building and find themselves entering the door to a whole new life. My daughter and I have been looking for "our home" for awhile and found Sylvara. Our first visit was during an ice-cream activity and we were impressed with the gathering. It gave us the opportunity also to speak with one resident who has lived there for almost 7 years. He only had positive words about it. The staff we met were cheerful and friendly. Then we met this lovely woman named Tanya. Tanya told us about the apartments and the entire facility both currently and the future plans. We immediately began working with her in an effort to become residents. We are delighted that we will now become a member of their community. I have lived in 12 states and used rentals in each. These apartments are so cute..the layout of the buildings most unusual. It is like a small town of "tiny houses" and I use tiny only as description. They are precious. I could go on and on because my daughter and I can't wait until we are moved in. It is an over 55 community which is what we wanted. My daughter summed it up by saying.."you know Mom, I never thought I would be happy being older but now I am glad that I am because we are moving here. As soon as my parents moved in they changed ownership and closed the cafeteria with little warning... UGH!

So excited for this new Active Adult community in Anderson SC! Can't wait to see the renovations and experience the new updates.
