BROOKDALE BATH

Lori and her assistant, Shandra, are extremely rude. I don’t understand how they are allowed to run the building. They promise showers and activities, neither of which are actually happening. Gina, who is in charge of activities, only selects certain people to participate and, according to staff, does not involve memory care residents. How is that fair? Since my mother-in-law has been there, the only people who come into her room are the nurses and aides (and the aides only occasionally). She wants to go to activities but doesn’t know where they are taking place. She says only four people are included, and the other residents describe the activities as “boring.” Many of the reviews say the rooms are clean, but the laundry is never done, and her room is extremely dusty. The only plus is Aaron at the front desk is fantastic

This entire facility and staff are amazing. My mom just moved in and the accommodations they are providing are fantastic!!! I cannot speak highly enough of how caring and loving they all are!!

I toured here last fall, either September October or November, since then Lori got all my information and strung me along since. Both my insurance lady AND I KEPT CALLING her. She never called us back. It’s tobad she was like that. Lori and her asst needs to be replaced with companionate people to do the right thing. Be ware of this place, look elsewhere!

I love how homey it feels and my loved ones are very well taken care of. The location is always well cleaned and cozy, I always have a nice time when I come to visit. The location is huge and reminds me of a big mansion, during the spring there are pretty flowers out, and during the holidays there are always fun decorations. The staff are always friendly and kind, the executive director and business office manager even worked with us during the transition from brookdale, and I thought it was going to be very difficult but they made everything a breeze and worked with us until we were satisfied. :)

The staff are always extremely friendly and its a very cozy place to be, very clean and well taken care of. All of the residents are taken care of very well and the food is very good. I also always love visiting during the holidays, the decorations have been amazing every year!
