Brookdale Bay City AL (MI)

The activities coordinator here goes above and beyond. My father participated in a woodworking class last month that he never would have found on his own. Seeing him interested in something again after his stroke has been such a gift.

I do feel comfortable with my mothers move to this community. She seems to be very happy, and she likes it here in this facility. I know she safe, and in good hands. They have great staff at this community, and they are taking good of her. She is receiving good care. I'am very pleased with everything they have done for our family. This is a lovely community.

Brookdale Bay City has been awesome, they have great and wonderful nurses there. They always make sure things are going smoothly, and anytime our loved one pulls her cord for help, there is no delay and they come in a very reasonable time. Whenever we give them feedback, they are right on top of it, and they are very quick to answer any questions we may have. Any feedback we have about this community is positive feedback.

Our first impression right away was just how gorgeous the community is, its very inviting and just feels homey. The gal in charge [name removed] has bent over backwards for our family and no matter how small the issue is, she has just ben great. We have not personally eaten the meals ourselves but we can see them being prepared and they smell fantastic. We would recommend this community to others.

Brookdale is a very nice and convient place for the loved one. My father, after having been to a bunch of different homes, really like the atmosphere of Brookdale and the fact that it is a small community. Only tip I would have is to get everything in writing about what the home will and won't do or provide.
