Very welcoming staff… great activities for the residents.The activities director Christine loves her job and it shows. So many activities to choose from. The staff and care team are all so warm and attentive! Would definitely recommend.

Sasha and George were very profesional,understanding and willing to do what it takes to make a difficult transition manageable. They are patient and kind as well as companionate. My mom has Alszhiemers and I am unable to care for her. I toured a number of assisted living phaciltys, and the Colonnade was by far the best choice. It is very clean and has a peaceful atmosphere. The welcome process is very acomidating. It has beautiful dining challe and a helpful staff. So I would recommend the Colonade to anyone who's loved ones requires assisted living.

I travel from AL to AL as a caregiver, and I can say Beckett Lake is one of the best places for your senior loved one to reside. George the executive director has done an outstanding job since taking the role as executive director. All the staff that I’ve encountered have presented themselves as very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their activity director Christine is lovely, she has plenty of activities and events, that are well thought out to keep everyone busy. Dee at the front desk is a gem! And last but not least the food is good, you will never leave hungry.

We moved our 90 year old mother into The Colonnade anticipating this would be the next exciting chapter in her life. It was such a disappointment that we moved her out in the first 60 days. A couple of the aides were verbally abusive, sometimes it would take hours for the aides to come when requesting assistance, the scheduled activities were often cancelled, and the food is nothing to look forward to. I would give it 1 star if it wasn't for the head nurse and a couple aides who were most helpful.

This assisted living facility has been amazing for my family member!!! Ashley is always cheerful and welcoming when you enter the building. Juan and Tom are always willing to give a helping hand!! The aides are always helping each other as it should be! There is always some kind of activity going on!! I am so happy that my family member found this place and it's always bright and cheerful and clean!! And thanks for to Joey the food is good also!! The whole staff is wonderful!!!
